My Purpose as a Doula
My job as your doula is to walk alongside all of you - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I may bring a cup of tea, share traditional tips and tricks for post-birth healing, offer resources when your family needs them most, and hold space while you process emotions surrounding your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.
Nothern Virginia & surrounding areas
- Prenatal visit (if hired prior to birth, generally 1-2 hours)
- Feeding/breastfeeding support
- Infant care (diapering, soothing, etc.)
- Overnight care
- Maternal support (emotional guidance, post-labor care, etc.)
- Partner support (ex. labor/postpartum education)
- Sibling support and integration tips
- Calming/soothing newborn techniques
- Meal preparation, homecare
- Healthcare referral recommendation

Daytime and Overnight Care
Fees are $26 per hour for daytime care, and $30 per hour for overnight care. If money is a challenge, lets discuss.
